Frequently Asked Questions – The EESystem

Read the information below for a better understanding of how to maximize the benefits of using the EESystem technology at Enahnced Energy Wellness NC. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

How do I book a session?

You can book your session immediately through our reservations page, found here. You will be given the option of booking individual sessions in two-hour increments or purchasing one of our pre-paid packages, which provide discounted rates on groups of five, 10, 15, or 20 sessions. You will be asked to read and agree to the terms and conditions of our Private Membership Agreement before scheduling your appointment.

How do I prepare for a session?

Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, drink lots of water, and bring a sleep eye mask for complete darkness, headphones to play your favorite meditation music, a blanket for coziness, and turn off your cell phone.

What should I do during my session?

Close your eyes, calm your mind, relax, meditate, or sleep. The more relaxed you are, the more beneficial your session will be. You will need to stay hydrated, so bring a water bottle with a cap or lid. Many members choose to bring a sleep mask and ear plugs.

What is an EESystem Session like?

Find a chair in the energy room.  Get comfortable by reclining in one of our zero gravity chairs or recliners. Close your eyes and begin your deep relaxation. Approximately 70-90% of our  mental energy is used when our eyes are open, so keeping eyes closed is important. The bio-active energy begins to work immediately, so your body can begin to heal itself.

Are there any side effects?

You may experience detoxification symptoms. This can include brain fog, headaches, tingling sensations, or loose bowel movements. 

The effects of the EESystem are cumulative. The more time you spend, the more the body moves itself toward a healthier level of wellness.

What should I do following my session?

During your sessions the body will release toxins through your skin. After your session, you should take a hot sea salt soaking bath in order to eliminate those toxins and prevent re-absorption by the body.

How long should my sessions last?

Enhanced Energy Wellness NC offers two- and four-hour sessions, though members may schedule consecutive sessions if they believe longer periods in the system will be beneficial.  According to Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, founder of the EE System, your body goes into a very deep state of healing during the third hour in the system. 

The frequency of treatments depends on what you want to accomplish, how quickly you want to achieve these accomplishments, and how much this fifth-dimensional energy affects your body. Ultimately, each individual responds to the system in his or her own way. 

After your initial goal is achieved, it is highly recommended that on-going regular sessions continue so as to counter-balance the negative environment we are living in as well as to help accelerate your body’s natural state of health, vitality, and youthfulness.

How is the air purified in the EESystem room?

We use the Vollara Active Pure Technology Air & Surface Pro. You can also purchase one for your home from Enhanced Energy Wellness.

How do EESystem medallions and bracelets benefit me?

Scalar waves are hypercharged into the EESystem products. When worn, electro pollution in our environment from cell phones, TVs, computer screens, power lines, toxins, radiation, and microwaves are counteracted.

Frequently Asked Questions – Booking

Is there a membership fee to join Enhanced Energy Wellness NC?

Booking a session with Enhanced Energy Wellness NC requires acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. That means you automatically become a member of our community, and membership fees are included in any money you pay for an appointment.

Can I purchase multi-session packages at a discounted rate?

Yes! Enhanced Energy Wellness NC offers plans of 6, 10, 20, 30, or 40 hours at significant discounts. Purchase one of those plans by signing in and choose the “Prepaid packages” option. Select your package, and you’ll have credits added to your account, each of which covers a two-hour session. Keep track of your balance with the “Your prepaid credits” option. Family members can also use credits when they book appointments.

How do I set up a family account?

During the booking process, you will be asked to identify the person for whom you are making the appointment. Choose “New Person” and enter the name(s) of any family members. Those individuals will now be linked to your account.  In the future, you can log in to your account to book appointments for them. Members under the age of 18 must be part of a parent or guardian’s family account.

I purchased a pre-paid package of 6, 10, 20, 30, or 40 hours, but I can only book two-hour sessions. Why?

Due to a quirk in our booking system, sessions booked using your pre-paid credits must be booked two hours at a time.  This does not mean you can’t come for four or even six hours; you can simply book two or three consecutive appointments on one day.

I have pre-paid credits, but the system is asking me to pay! What should I do?

Please make sure that you do, in fact, have credits remaining in your account. If you do, you should have no trouble booking appointments for yourself with no additional payment (credits will be applied to your booking automatically).  However, if you are trying to book for two or more people, at one time, the system will attempt to charge you for the others. To work around this, create separate bookings for each person in your party. The system should then apply your pre-paid credits to these sessions.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Enahnced Energy Wellness offers gift vouchers.  Purchase two- or four-hour sessions in our EESystem for a friend or loved one, and you will be e-mailed a code to share with the gift recipient.  When they book their session, this code will credit their account with the amount of your gift.

Can I cancel or change my scheduled appointment?

Unfortunately, Enhanced Energy Wellness NC cannot offer refunds for cancelled sessions. However, we do allow members to re-schedule appointments with no penalty up to 24 hours in advance.  

How do I change an existing reservation?

To change an existing reservation, log into your account and click on “Your Bookings.”  Click on the appointment you would like to change, then click on the pencil icon to make your change.  The amount you paid will automatically be applied to the new reservation.  Keep in mind that reservations cannot be changed less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Do pre-paid credits for sessions expire?

Once purchased, pre-paid credits for Enhanced Energy Wellness NC’s EESystem never expire. We are confident that members who exprience the EESystem’s benefits will want to come back over and over!
